Accessibility FAQs
At Union Hotel, we strive to make every stay comfortable and accessible for all guests. This FAQ page answers common questions about our accessible accommodations, amenities, and services, ensuring you can plan with confidence.
Do you offer fully accessible (ACA-compliant) guest rooms at Union Hotel?
Due to the historic nature of our building, originally constructed in 1933, Union Hotel does not currently offer fully ACA-compliant guest rooms. However, we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests and continue to explore ways to improve accessibility within the limitations of our property.
What accessibility features or support can Union Hotel provide for guests with mobility needs?
While our rooms may not meet full accessibility standards, we do offer the following to support our guests:
• Portable shower benches
• Handheld showerheads
• Portable toilet seat risers
• Staff assistance is available upon request
If you require any of these items or services during your stay, please get in touch with our team prior to your arrival so we can make arrangements in advance.
Can I speak to someone about my specific accessibility needs before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage guests with accessibility concerns to reach out to our team directly prior to booking. We’re happy to discuss your needs in detail and will do our best to accommodate you wherever possible. Contact Us
